I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr J. Mc Gilligan explained my diagnosis very well, using visual aids as well as a clear understandable explanation. He didn't rush my consultation and took time to answer my questions .

I completed an online form covering a couple of issues I needed to discuss or see a doctor about. I was called with 15mins of completing the form. Dr McGilligan was so very helpful, covered all my needs, and discussed options. He then ordered prescriptions and booked me an appointment. Dr McGilligan was positive, cheerful and easy to talk to. The whole process of using an online form then being telephoned works so well. I’ve used this service three times during the pandemic and each time it’s been a positive experience. It is super convenient when working, and saves so much time. I do hope this process continues. Well done Greystones, and thank you.

Great online system for submitting information about concerns or conditions. Easy to book appointments. Doctors have called me directly to ask about condition and to advise on test results.

It would be helpful to have clear instructions (even as link to online information) on how to take swab samples, as part of sample packs.
