Charlotte, the nurse was excellent. She was professional, friendly and helpful.

Only one person on reception. Need more. I stood and waited for service for about 15 minutes at least with an urgent message - nothing to do with myself. People wonder in and out of the reception and don’t appear to even see one. I felt like I was invisible. Even if someone said: “I will get someone to help you or even said: “Hello” Eventually the lady who helped was really helpful and friendly. She was a young lady with blonde hair.

I was referred for my appointment with Nurse Melanie, which was at 08:45. I arrived at 08:35, was immediately called for my appointment. The treatment was given, all my questions where answered and advice given, I was back in my car and on my way home by 08:41 !! Before the time of my scheduled appointment.... Excellent efficientcy... What more is to be said?

In this instance I have to say, No.
