I waited 25 mins after my appointment time.and was not seen for my appointment. I had an other appointment booked I was not able to wait any longer. I asked the receptionist if I could be sent another text link to re book and I was told the appointment booking didn't work like that (even though that was hoe I booked the appointment originally).
Suggested improvements
I understand that appointments run over but when your are the first / second appointment of the day it's not good that they are then late. Waste of time for me and the surgery as I'll now have to rebook another appointment.

Treatment at Billingshurst was great... but trying to get an appt via the Glebe Surgery was difficult!

My phone call was answered and appointment booked within 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
Reception staff are always very helpful and friendly.
