I had to be at the surgery to get this appointment

As I am extremely critally vulnerable I would like to get an appointment on the telephone but because all the people are waiting outside and get the appointments and when you ring back the appointments are all gone, what can I do?

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Great services and high standards of delivery, very pleased with it.
Booking appointments has been a bit not so easy.
