Was seen on time and the procedure explained. Lovely practice nurse who was personable and informative.

Perhaps some signage on approaching the surgery would be helpful.

Difficult to get through on the telephone - long queues - but was easy to get a five day book ahead appointment with the doctor of my choice.

Nothing apart from reducing the long queues on the phone but can’t really see how this can be done - the appointment staff are doing their very best under difficult circumstances in a very polite and cheerful manner.
