Cannot comment on receptionist as I did self check in. And not usually a patient at this surgery I was just referred for ear wax problems. But my experience was very good .

Excellent nurse who gave me a checkup on the 13thApril. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name.

The blood pressure monitor seemed to give an inaccurate high reading- but obviously not your fault.

Harriet, the nurse, introduced herself and welcomed me, then discussed my bloods before taking some. I got an appointment fairly easily this time as it was required by a doctor.
