Went in for a wound check and redressing. I had several additional issues that needed attention resulting from hospital stay. Everything was covered to my complete satisfaction.

I booked my nurse appointment through my NHS app. I can never get through on the phone or have time to wait on hold for an hour, so the app works well for me.

Apart from making it easier to call and book an appointment. For me the app is great to do an online consultation, it has worked really well the last couple of times I have needed to use it.
