I was met by a nurse who took my weight and height and blood pressure very quickly after being signed in. I met with professor Mark Evans within a few minutes of this and was warmly welcomed. He listened to my views and was honest and open about the process. After my appointment I was then met by another nurse who took my blood work to be sent off. She was very friendly and kind. I met with an educator who talked me through the pump process and was incredibly enthusiastic and encouraging. My view is that the care received was very good, efficient and friendly.

Everything about my appointment was as it should be, I felt able to discuss my condition and treatment, and questions were answered appropriately. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt reassured and was treated with respect.
