My Dad (86yrs) has only good things to say about Mr Dubey- he listened to him & my Dad is very happy with the surgery & his outcomes.
Before having my operation I had to be taken off my warfarin, I was made aware previous of the surgery of all possible outcomes, unfortunately I suffered a stroke which rendered me losing my job, Mr Dubey was very apologetic for this, we knew this was not his fault, it was just a misfortunate circumstance. The severe pain I was in with my sciatica is very much improved, I am glad I had this surgery and pleased to be in Mr Dubey's capable hands..
I felt Mr. Dubey took time to explain things to me in simple yet thorough terms. He showed sympathy and professionalism at the same time as being lighthearted at times. He also showed respect to the nurse who attended the appointment.
The doctor took time to listen then after he had examined me he explained in detail what he thought my problem was and again in detail what my options were.
After a very traumatic eight months being passed from pillar to post after breaking my neck, Mr, Dubey agreed to take on my case. Like a breath of fresh air Mr Dubey showed an acute interest and the urgency on my case and was able to put me on his operational list with admirable alacrity.
In my contacts with Mr Dubey I was very impressed by his interest in my case his attention to detail and that he was able to convey this information to me in both a simple and informative manner. His manner was polite and sympathetic. One could say an excellent bedside manner.
Shame about the chaos around my consultation due a lot presumably to the Covid situation
