Thank you for helping me to understand the answer to all of my questions. You went into great detail that helped me to know that the plan for my treatment is the best it can be and my role within my treatment plan.

I found Mr Dubey very easy to talk to and his answers were practical and reassuring. He is very good at explaining in lay terms what my forthcoming procedure entails and his use of a mock up spine helped greatly as I could then visualise exactly what is going to happen to me. My wife and I left the consultation feeling reassured and both of us valued the opportunity to discuss our concerns with him.

I broke my neck in two places (Hangman Break) and was placed in the care of Mr Robey. .From the onset he explained exactly what actions he was taking to treat the break, the reasons why he was taking such actions and made sure I fully understood what he was doing. His openness instilled in me a total trust of him. Throughout my treatment he was professional and displayed supreme skills.

Mr Dubey was very professional though out all my appointments and operation. He explained fully the problem I was suffering from and the procedure to fix the problem. After the operation that took a long time, Mr Dubey still found time to make a telephone call to my wife to explain the operation and how I was after the operation. This gave my wife a great relief as she was unable to attend after the operation due to the current visiting rules. My last visit to Mr Dubey he said he was going to discharge me, but after a brief discussion, he decided to have a follow up appointment. Mt Dubey then explained that he was moving away from the Stoke Royal, but would make sure the new consultant would have all my records. A big Thank You to Mr Dubey for his expert work in dealing with a very complex problem.
