I have been in the care of Doctor Dubey, and have found my experience very pleasant as he is such an amiable person. I feel that his honesty and delivery of information is clear and succinct. I was happy to be in his care and totally trust his thoughts and decisions. I felt like a person rather than a number in his presence every time I saw him. He even took the time to have short chats which I found very calming.

We only see mr dubey on three occasions at Queens hospital Romford so it was difficult to make an accurate assessment of our care. But he did appear to take the time to explain to my wife what the problem was and how he thought it could be put right, although his report to our GP did appear to put some concern for my wifes age(75) and the fact that he was suggesting a major procedure. As in our previous meeting with him he told us he was quite happy to carry out the procedure. This did cause us to have some confusion. But on our last appointment he suggested a less major procedure that went some way to dispel our worries. Although at this time mr Dubey told us he would not be carrying out the operation Ashe was leaving Queens hospital shortly . We were sorry to hear this. We were very sorry to hear this.

Felt very at ease with Dr Dubey. His care and treatment were excellent. The only downside was I was told I would be seen 6 weeks after op but in fact it was 6 months. Apart from that thoroughly impressed with Dr Dubey and his team.

Mr Dubey was very pleasant and easy to talk to, which was a relief for me as my wife( the patient) has memory problems. Whilst the operation was performed successfully.we explained that severe pain continues in the right buttock to which Mr Dubey responded by advising that a physio-assessment and together with a further MRI should establish the cause. We felt that although he had no other option than to discharge my wife, from his care, he was most helpful in taking us to the next stage, via communicating same to our GP.
