Had my HyCosy scan today and naturally I was very anxious, as soon as I was called in I was immediately put at ease, Mr El-sayed and the nurses explained everything to me in detail made me feel comfortable, made me laugh and was very efficient. I’m very happy with my experience today.

Thank you for making me feel at ease. I was worried about my procedure but nerves soon got put to rest as Mr El-Sayed explained what would happen and what was happening during procedure. Very helpful, and welcoming, didn’t feel like a rushed appointment which I like as I had time to think etc. Also thank you to Rebecca who assisted with my appointment, also friendly and welcoming. You both looked after me well! Thank you!

Mr El-Sayed has been absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. He suggested I took part in the LOCI trial due to my PCOS but due to my fear of needles arranged for me to have monthly scans instead! The staff have always been so warm and friendly too. Today I had my early pregnancy scan and measured around 5- 6 weeks. Despite seeing a positive heart beat during the appointment he has arranged for me to have another scan in 3 weeks time just for additional reassurance. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I fully recommend being under his care.
