Met with Dr Lie today for a pre op assessment. He introduced himself, which unfortunately not all doctors do, and was informative, approachable and he listened, which not all doctors do.
All in all a very positive experience.

On the day of my 3 year old sons operation we met Dr Lie. He spoke to us before my son's procedure and explained everything that would happen. He listened to any questions that we had and answered them with patience and kindness. When I went down to theatre with my little boy again Dr Lie was very kind and remembered my son had brought his hulk toy with him and again filled me with the greatest confidence my son was in the best hands (as did all the medical team). After the operation was done again Dr Lie came tonsee us to make sure we were hapoy and to say goodbye. He was an absolute gentleman and made what could have been an extremely stressful day a lot calmer. My husband and I are very appreciative for this.
Wonderful man very caring and explained everything so I understood what was going to happen.
He listened to everything I said to him when I expressed my concerns about my upcoming procedure.
Very calm and kept me well informed throughout the procedure and also very friendly. Thank you Dr Lie.
