Mr Tuffaha, was professional at all times, he has warm hands and a warm heart. He takes an interest in your life and what is best for you. Does not push you into procedures, takes time to do extra research into you, and your particular cancer. He remembers you, as a person, not just a patient. I like the fact that he is prepared to get his hands dirty, with the aftercare of having the dressing changed. I can say my breasts look fab.

I first saw Mr Hussein in May, having been referred by my GP following the discovery of a lump in my left breast. Despite nothing showing up in an ultrasound, Mr Hussein fixed an appointment to see me six weeks later. Two further appointments followed for biopsies before I was diagnosed with Grade 2 breast cancer. I subsequently had a masectomy followed by radiotherapy. Throughout all these appointments and surgery, Mr Hussein has always managed to balance professionalism with empathy. He delivers bad news well (if that is possible!) and I have never felt unable to ask questions, no matter how insignificant they seem at the time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him - and more generally, the staff at the Breast Unit at Ipswich Hospital.

I have recently had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction and I could not have asked for greater professionalism, care and attention from Mr Tuffaha. I would absolutely recommend him without reservation.
