Me and my wife just wanted to say what an Amazing Doctor Mr Alexander Hotouras is! I have been blessed to have someone like him to take care of me. I had my problem since 2020 and went through several operations.Likely met Alex last year and finely having big improvement under his care THANK YOU for the exceptional care, professional knowledge, sympathetic manner attentiveness and positivity He reassured me, answered any questions and made me feel at ease. I feel confident and trusted, I know I am in the best possible hands now Alex very special consulting Surgeon who cares of his patients with passion.He impressed me by calling me home the next day after operation - never experienced this before I would recommend Mr Hotouras to anyone in need of his services without hesitation. Thank you again for everything.

Excellent care and procedure Mr hotouras Eco and Regina nurses Had colonoscopy Very professional,informative and caring from admin entry to discharge At whips cross hospital Arrived 1045 for 1100 appointment at 1100 admin on thr dot Into change and quickly into op theatre Recovery,tea biscuits and discharge Left hospital at 1230 impressive Cannot suggest anything except a glass of champagne for excellent patients! Alex was my Consultant today and he did a great job explaining what he was going to do and providing advice as necessary. He was quick efficient and kept me involved which is exactly what I wanted. In addition he fully involved the team with the procedure - to quote “six eyes are better than two”. I noted the team worked well with Alex as well. For reference the team were Kristan Keith Eco and Regina Villarreal and if they are on this tool will review separately. Thank You to the whole team.

I have had three admissions to WX hospital since September 2023. During each hospital stay I was very fortunate to having met and being cared for by Alex Hotouras. Words cannot express what an amazing person he is. He is patient and kind. He explained everything regarding my condition in great detail . He is easy to talk to listens and even kept my husband updated when I needed more support. He is also great at keeping in touch when I was at home prior to surgery. The call was really appreciated. I felt really secure and supported . He really cares for his patients. I had fairly major surgery a few weeks ago. I am eternally grateful for the care I received following my surgery . The ward staff and Mr Hotouras's team also deserve a mention as they were all amazing and I have had great care. Kathleen M
