Robin Bhatia used his influence on me to have a operation on my spinal cord or option 2 I would end in a wheelchair all the time explaining the bad things that could happen as this op was major, it took me and my wife about 5mins to say yes. I had operation on 4Nov and went home 6Nov feeling positive results within 2 days, of course some of this due to good care on Aldbourne ward as well. I am 70 years of age and have had 1 major op in my life 68 years ago so this was great powers of influence on me. Anyone with any back problems I would recommend to get an appointment with Robin Bhatia and listen to his advice, any one reading this will wonder why I call this top seurgon by his fist name, because first meeting was that informal and friendly. I have returned 18 Dec and had the ALL CLEAR, Xray shows everything in the spine is A O K ,thank you Robin Bhatia and keep smiling as you did every time we met. I will sign off a very happy patient and thank you again.

As soon as I met Mr Bhatia I felt I could trust him ,as nervous as I was about spinal surgery he put me ease by explaining everything in a way that I could understand ,he was with me every step of the way which amazed me as he is such a busy surgeon I would happily recommend him to anyone having to go through surgery he could not have done any more than he did I will remember him for his kindness and compassion it was great to see him after six weeks to report I am now pain free and that he has given me my quality of life back

Dr Bhatia, came to see me when my MRI Scan came back with a serious bulging disc, he informed me a would need emergency surgery that very day. Because of his calm and very informative approach I did not go into full meltdown mode. With all the information he gave me and all the questions he answered I was able to make the right choice for me. The surgery went well and the care I received after from all the nurses was excellent. Dr Bhatia came to see me the two days I stayed in to make sure all was well, I felt extremely well looked after. I have just returned from my follow up with Dr Bhatia and again felt all my questions were answered and all the information on what now to do moving forward in terms of building strength and how to avoid injuries like this in the future. Excellent Dr and excellent staff

A very knowledgeable surgeon who explained all the good and bad points of my procedure precisely and clearly. All relevant points and options were clearly explained and sound advice given. Mr Bhatia has a very friendly and comforting manner and explained everything in a way I could fully understand He made me feel at ease despite facing fairly traumatic surgery. His follow up meetings were exemplary. I would recommend Mr Robin Bhatia to anybody facing similar surgery to myself. Thank you Mr Bhatia for a job well done.
