Initally had a biopsy by Dr Flanagan which required follow-up surgery on Tue 4-Jun-2024. The overall experience was excellent where Dr Flanagan also had a small support team who were very professional and even laughed at my jokes! From the initial consultation Dr Flanagan went out of her way to explain the procedures in a very thorough and down to earth way, answering all my questions completely. During the procedures I was informed of each step and given a thorough de-briefing to conclude. Dr Flanagan has an excellent 'bed-side manner' which instills confidence and trust quickly. To conclude, I think it says it all that I have absolutely no criticism whatsoever and Dr Flanagan and her team made the process (almost!) enjoyable. I did say I hoped not to see Dr Flanagan again, in the nicest way, but if I had to I would be there in a trice.
