Initally had a biopsy by Dr Flanagan which required follow-up surgery on Tue 4-Jun-2024. The overall experience was excellent where Dr Flanagan also had a small support team who were very professional and even laughed at my jokes! From the initial consultation Dr Flanagan went out of her way to explain the procedures in a very thorough and down to earth way, answering all my questions completely. During the procedures I was informed of each step and given a thorough de-briefing to conclude. Dr Flanagan has an excellent 'bed-side manner' which instills confidence and trust quickly. To conclude, I think it says it all that I have absolutely no criticism whatsoever and Dr Flanagan and her team made the process (almost!) enjoyable. I did say I hoped not to see Dr Flanagan again, in the nicest way, but if I had to I would be there in a trice.

Dr Flanagan ia an excellent specialist. Seen on time. Full explanation of the procedure. Open for discussion during consenting process. Great surgical skills. No complications following the procedure. I am very fortunate to have been seen by her.

Dr Flanagan met me prior to surgery and fully explained in layman's language exactly what she and her team were conducting. It went exactly as planned and Dr Flanagan maintained communication with me throughout.. I could not have been in better hands and am so very grateful .

I attended this clinic today 22nd May, my appointment was on time, Dr Flanagan was very thorough in her examination and explained the procedures she recommended me to have done. I received a telephone call from the clinic on the same afternoon informing me my first procedure has been booked for 3 weeks time. Dr Flanagan was excellent. I was seen as soon as I arrived, even though I was early. She was calm, polite, reassuring and professional. Gave me all the information and time I needed to make an informed decision about treatment. I am very fortunate to have been seen by her.
