I am so grateful to Dr Laura. She saw me this morning in A&E, and she was the first person to identify my breathing problems which have caused me issues for almost 4 years. She listened, she was empathetic, and she gave me a huge amount of information so I could go back to my GP once I’m better to get the long term treatment I need.
