Very thorough review of all aspects of my health not just kidneys but my lethargy liquid input/output. Talked about the medicines I take as not all nephrology related. Gave me a very positive way forward with structure and absolutely charming at the same time. I am sure Dr Shiu, like many in the NHS, was under pressure time wise but she gave me her total attention all of the time. I am so pleased to be under her wing
