Avoid this provider at all costs. I had an ADHD assessment with Richard Duffett at Psymplicity. Once he’d confirmed my diagnosis, he pushed unrelentingly for me to agree to take medication. Several times I said I needed to process the diagnosis and think about whether I wanted to medicate. This didn’t stop him and he continued pushing hard, only stopping when I very forcefully said to stop and that I did not want to agree to medication immediately. He is not interested in your welfare and is only interested in making money from drugs. It made the whole process even more difficult as it cast doubt on whether I even had ADHD, so obvious was his intention to make money from getting me onto drugs. Please, please take this review seriously and find another provider who will hopefully have some morals.

Psymplicity health care have been brilliant with getting me appointments with my Dr there has never been an issue with waiting times Iv always been see. Quite quickly. Letters have been sent out to my GP about Sharing the care as they understand it can be quite costly for prescriptions. Overall Iv had a wonderful experience with them and look forward to continuing my care with them.
