Psymplicity Healthcare

My initial care from Psymplicity was amazing. The admin team always responded quickly and were able to resolve any issues in a timely manner. I’m unsure if there has been a change in staff but for the past several months there has been a noticeable decline. Psymplicity have refused to respond to DVLA with medical queries and do not respond to my requests for a report to be sent resulting in me being unable to drive for a year which has severely limited my ability to work. Please do not use Psymplicity’s service if you will be required to notify DVLA about any medical condition as Psymplicity will do nothing to help and not care that it is having a very real negative impact on your life.
