All communication was rapid and proactive. Despite being all remote I received bespoke and friendly care from all involved, special thanks go to the prescribing nurses who handled my titration.

Very good staff and service. Prompt replies to messages. The only thing I would say is that logging in to the portal can be difficult and as an ADHD patient the steps involved you consistently forget to do it to check your messages or upload your stats for the week. A phone app may be a good idea. But this was overall a godsend of a service as in my local borough I would have had to wait for years to get to this stage. The nurse was so patient with all my medication side effects too.

I would highly recommend Psychiatry-UK to anybody looking for a fast and efficient diagnosis, service and treatment plan. These people will diligently work with you to find the treatment that is correct and most effective for you, whilst maintaining very high professional standards of care.

Amazing service. I've only ever used online. But the prescribing nurse I had was lovely. The online portal is amazing and quick. I'd really recommend this place.

I've had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Pavlidou and prescribing nurse Ms Bromilow. Both approached me with warmth and understanding and I feel like I was listened to as an individual and I was communicated with very clearly and comprehensively about my care. I was able to make informed decisions throughout my treatment, there was no hurry through my titration - I was able to take the time I needed to manage medications according to my own needs and lifestyle.
While my initial assessment interview was short and some information in my initial diagnostic letter was a little off, there was ample opportunity to communicate with my Dr. and to review with further discussion. All my communications and questions were answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend the service to others (and do :D).

Going through RTC with Psychiatry UK allowed me to get specialist treatment quickly, the remote online aspect made it so convenient to message regarding problems and other issues I had.
I received my diagnosis during the diagnostic appointment with a psychiatrist who was lovely and patient and allowed me to talk through my problems with guidance.
The titration process and treatment took several weeks but my titration prescribing nurse was incredibly understanding about any issues I had or my wishes to try alternatives, and helped find the perfect treatment for me.
If you’re like me and felt like you’ve been struggling with an undiagnosed disorder/condition and finally want to get a diagnosis so you can come to understand more about yourself and receive excellent care then I wholeheartedly recommend going with Psychiatry UK.

Very easy and smooth process. The doctor and titration team member very nice and friendly. I got my ADHD diagnosis and determined the right medication, and my life has improved more than I expected. Thank you all!
