I've had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Pavlidou and prescribing nurse Ms Bromilow. Both approached me with warmth and understanding and I feel like I was listened to as an individual and I was communicated with very clearly and comprehensively about my care. I was able to make informed decisions throughout my treatment, there was no hurry through my titration - I was able to take the time I needed to manage medications according to my own needs and lifestyle. While my initial assessment interview was short and some information in my initial diagnostic letter was a little off, there was ample opportunity to communicate with my Dr. and to review with further discussion. All my communications and questions were answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend the service to others (and do :D).
