Highly recommend Psychiatry UK as a service if you think you might have ADHD. Throughout the process I felt heard and like my issues and concerns mattered to those involved.
Sarah especially who dealt with my titration process always got back to me quickly, never brushed over even mild issues I was having and was very efficient and thoroughly helpful. The process itself is very extensive and I felt safe, in control of what my care plan was and knew I could raise any issues at any time. The process has helped me immensely and I'm very grateful to Psychiatry UK.

My diagnosis and treatment titration has been excellent under Psychiatry UK. Communication is clear and timely. Every member of staff I have been in contact with has been friendly, professional, understanding and helpful.

I had quite a waiting time but that cannot be helped. I used psychiatry uk by doing Right to Choose through my NHS GP and this was a much shorter wait than the alternative and I appreciate the opportunity to be seen by Psychiatry UK.
Every person that was involved in my assessment, diagnosis and titration has been professional, warm and competent.
Lorraine my titration nurse responded to my queries and requests almost instantly every time and she was very kind and careful to make sure I didn’t have any horrible side effects. She listened to my worries and always supported me. It has been life changing for me to be diagnosed and medicated and I want to thank all of the staff but particularly Lorraine

Psychiatry-UK is an absolutely brilliant platform. The level of care provided is of top quality, and the ability to maintain contact with the service providers through the portal provided makes you feel truly involved and heard in the process. It is easy to find documents, forms and information of any treatments through the website. I also love the transparency it has for waiting times and how diagnosis and treatments are initiated. I used them for an ADHD diagnosis through the NHS Right to Choose and couldn't recommend them enough.

The assessment was straight forwards, of course there were forms involved but i managed with a few reminders.
The titration team were amazing and on hand all the way. and i got the impression they really cared and connected on a personal level. #Clive

I was assessed for my ADHD today by Dr Soumaya Nasser el din who was kind, patient and understanding person. She was listening to what i was saying she repeated for me when i struggled listening .Overall I was satisfied and pleased with having her today.
I felt relieved and at peace when she told me i have ADHD.

I was referred to PUK through my NHS GP under the right to choose, which My GP suggested.
Everyone at PUK has been amazingly helpful throughout the process of diagnosis and establishing the correct medication for my ADHD. Psychiatrists were amazingly respectful and insightful and helped me understand myself and my life history in a new way. The titration process was comprehensive, which I appreciated; my physical and mental health were being expertly monitored every week as doses and medications gradually shifted towards what works best for me. I felt heard and respected throughout the process and feel so much better for the treatments offered.
I couldn't be happier with the service from PUK.
