I had quite a waiting time but that cannot be helped. I used psychiatry uk by doing Right to Choose through my NHS GP and this was a much shorter wait than the alternative and I appreciate the opportunity to be seen by Psychiatry UK. Every person that was involved in my assessment, diagnosis and titration has been professional, warm and competent. Lorraine my titration nurse responded to my queries and requests almost instantly every time and she was very kind and careful to make sure I didn’t have any horrible side effects. She listened to my worries and always supported me. It has been life changing for me to be diagnosed and medicated and I want to thank all of the staff but particularly Lorraine
