All of the staff I have interacted with from psy UK have been delightful. My care progressed at a very good rate and I would definitely recommend them.

I have had some negative experiences with previous healthcare professionals, having been treated condescendingly and with a patronizing tone. I did not feel this way in this clinic and with my doctor here, I felt listened to. The process was efficient as we covered a lot of information but it didn't seem like I was being talked over. The only issue is having to do this online but this can't be helped during the current situation. I think that despite everything it still wasn't too bad. Maybe if there was a possibility to have automatic captions for when the doctor speaks, since sometimes the audio quality was a bit muffled and I had a difficulty understanding what he was saying. Despite this he would repeat what was said if I asked so it's not a big problem.

I was a private patient for the ADHD treatment service offered by Psychiatry-UK. The psychiatrist I saw was very helpful and polite, and answered any questions I had. The process was very speedy and simple, and was exactly what I expected for an ADHD diagnosis having read up beforehand on what usually happens. I was provided with a diagnosis letter, and then started on medication titration for ADHD. This was unfortunately complicated for myself due to a number of external influences, however importantly the clinic and my assigned nurse prescriber were extremely helpful and supportive, and guided me through the process excellently. I have ended up with a very positive treatment regimen for my ADHD which has helped my symptoms massively. This reflects very well on the service/clinic, since I did not respond satisfactorily to the two most common types of ADHD medication (lisdexamfetamine/methylphenidate) alone; as such I had to try other things and I was guided through this very well and remained supported excellently. To anyone who is looking at a diagnosis followed by/or trying medication for their ADHD, but are worried that things might not work out well if you don't respond well to the first-line treatments, I can definitely recommend Psychiatry-UK. I definitely felt as though I received premium and specialist care.

I was worried at first to book an appointment here with a psychiatrist I didn't know who to choose. so I just went per date and well that was great, the psychiatrist put me at ease straight away so I felt relax and happy to talk. The nurse who prescribes medication and who you deal with after your appointment with the psychiatrist was fab, reactive, speedy answers. Great support. Everything was online so I can't comment about the location being clean.

I've just been assessed by Dr Sushma Rao and am extremely happy with the way that my assessment was handled. She was kind, patient, courteous and informative, even though I overran the time because I couldn't stop talking. I feel as though I've been given a new set of tools which might help me moving forwards and for a change I feel 'seen' and heard by a professional and not just fobbed off with suggestions like 'take a bath/walk/break' or 'here have some more antidepressants.' If anyone's unsure, you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

At the ripe old age of 57 I have finally been diagnosed with ADHD my life finally makes sense. I have been in and out of mental health units most of my life and still never felt comfortable that this was the only element if my life suffered greatly. I waited from 2017 for an appointment with NHS then when finally had the first appointment they had no trace of me on the system! This whole thing took four weeks with Psychiatry online. One happy lady!

15/10 I cant recommend this place enough. Initially i was scared that i might be treated differently being an NHS patient but that was not the case. I had a Dr Mashru and he was probably one of the best Doctor's i have met in my life. The service is quick, professional and all members of the admin staff excell at their job. Every member of staff no matter what their role has your best interest at heart.

Amazing care. From referral queries through to managing treatment, super impressed with the entire team. Dr Grenville Major is absolutely fantastic; I received a very detailed report which was concisely informative - what an asset to the P-UK! Follow-up care is great too. Highly recommended, 100%.
