Obviously the question about cleanliness is not applicable but I chose the five star rating to highlight my positive experience with Dr Hari.
I cannot think of anything that would have improved my experience today. I am grateful for the time given to me and for the outcome of the assessment. The treatment pathway was explained clearly and the mechanisms of the medication were explained at an appropriate level of comprehension. I felt listened too and respected throughout.

Every interaction I had with PsychiatryUK staff members has been so positive!
In the inital stages of organising my GP referral and booking an appointment, the admin team was very supportive and adviced me on the possible course of actions for the road blocks I was experiencing. The admin team also appeared to be aware of the difficulties associated with my condition and communicated in a way that was accessible to me.
I never had to wait long during phone calls, and written communication has also been prompt. I was able to book with a psychiatrist of my choice and was followed by a great nurse during my titration.

I had an amazing appointment with Dr. Neel Tambimuttu. I was very nervous but I was put at ease immediately. I felt heard for the first time and it was such a relief! Everything was explained thoroughly, and I came away from the appointment feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. Dr. Tambimuttu was kind, thorough, and listened to me - I cannot recommend him highly enough and I am so thankful I met with him. Thank you!

Life changing service.From the first phone call they were kind,understanding and worked with me and always made things simple for me to understand.
These people really have a extensive knowledge of ADHD and the impact it has on lives and I really feel their service has been a massive part of my journey.
It is so refreshing to speak to professionals who actually have a passion to help people who society has so often ignored or dismissed.
Finally at 46 I can work to improve my life and manage my condition

I was assessed for ADHD by Dr Sushma Rao in January 21.
The assessment was professional, reassuring and comfortable. She provided a report within two weeks of the assessment and treatment was started less than three weeks after diagnosis. Sushma listened to my opinion of which drug I would prefer to try first and also responded within 24 hrs when I wanted to stop the medication because of the side effects and try something else.
Sushma Rao offers excellent clinical practice standards and administrative efficiency.

Instead of having to wait 7 years to get an assessment through the NHS, I got my diagnosis within 3 months of being with P-UK.
My psychiatrist immediately made me feel seen and understood and my titration nurse was always there to help.

I’d never been to a psychiatrist before so was extremely nervous about the whole ordeal, but at every step of my journey with P-UK I was made to feel at ease, with reassurance and guidance. I am so grateful for their help and support.
