I was seen over a number of weeks by Karen for a recurring back problem. She worked with me to loosen things up and get me going. I really felt she listened and understood what the problem was and found the right solution. I still can't touch my toes though, but thats a different issue :)

Jo gave me all the time and space to talk about my difficulties. She listens intently.
I feel I am treated as a whole person not just a body every time I visit.
It is obvious Jo takes pride in her work and demonstrates how much each patient means to her and the lengths she goes to to ensure a solution is found.

Really good venue as it’s easy to find, easy to park and nice clean treatment rooms. The sessions were easy to book, at convenient times and very effective. Really recommend to others.

After 1 month the physiotools programme 'ended'. Found it under old programmes but be good to have it as a reference for longer.

I was in a great deal of pain, but felt cared from the start. The physio went out if of their way to help. I wouldn't hesistate in using the service again and would be more than happy to recommend to friends and family,

Had my first session with Jo this morning and I was blown away by the detail, knowledge and care shown. The session was incredibly throrough and Jo really took the time to get an understanding of the factors that might have contributed toward my injury before beginning the physical examination.
Everything was explained at an accessible level and the next steps were explained very well. I have every faith that by following the treatment plan (which was provided within an hour of the consultation finishing!) will allow me to regain full fitness and prevent future issues occuring.
I'd highly recommend Jo's services for anyone requiring physiotherapy.

Wonderful treatment from the Physio 3.0 team. I felt I was really listened to from my first consultation and onwards. All aspects of my treatment were fully discussed and the exercises I was given were clearly explained. Everyone is genuinely interested and helpful.
The new consulting room is light, airy and super clean, I felt very safe in these difficult times.

Covid secure, no worries at all. Extremely professional physio who genuinely cares and actually listens. I have felt comfortable, confident and been given hope with targeted, appropriate exercises which have showed results and given relief. I highly recommend.

I had an online consultation with Jo who was very professional and thorough. She had a warm and friendly manner and put me at my ease.
I found the information about my knee pain useful and intend to follow my exercise plan. I felt reassured that I can regain my previous fitness level.

In this current climate, it is not always possible to see patients face to face and sometimes a video consultation is the preferred route of contact. It is important to us that our patients receive a high level of care whether via video or in clinic.
