Had my first session with Jo this morning and I was blown away by the detail, knowledge and care shown. The session was incredibly throrough and Jo really took the time to get an understanding of the factors that might have contributed toward my injury before beginning the physical examination. Everything was explained at an accessible level and the next steps were explained very well. I have every faith that by following the treatment plan (which was provided within an hour of the consultation finishing!) will allow me to regain full fitness and prevent future issues occuring. I'd highly recommend Jo's services for anyone requiring physiotherapy. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
