All contact over the phone was incredible and thanks to Marie Stopes I have accessed treatment a week earlier than initially planned with BPAS. The Manchester clinic staff were lovely. Warm, caring and considerate. The only thing that could slightly improve in my opinion was the fact that during my scan I had at the clinic, the photos taken afterwards were not very well hidden from me. I caught glimpses of things I didn’t really want to see. Other than this I could not fault me care and everyone has been so kind to me. I couldn’t fault the service

It was a very scary and upsetting time for me, there was two things I felt alittle uncomfortable about but I think it was more my insecurities and as I was upset it was more in my head but apart from that the
Nurse called me in and I must say she was absolutely amazing, I was crying and she instantly put me at ease.
The care she gave was very much appreciated and I felt safe secure and reassured

Quick appointments, easy to get hold of when I needed to ring. Process was flawless no issues at all which is what I needed during a difficult time.

Service provided was excellent. The nurse was attentive and caring and put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained clearly including what to expect during the abortion and aftercare.
