All contact over the phone was incredible and thanks to Marie Stopes I have accessed treatment a week earlier than initially planned with BPAS. The Manchester clinic staff were lovely. Warm, caring and considerate. The only thing that could slightly improve in my opinion was the fact that during my scan I had at the clinic, the photos taken afterwards were not very well hidden from me. I caught glimpses of things I didn’t really want to see. Other than this I could not fault me care and everyone has been so kind to me. I couldn’t fault the service
