Thank you very much for your feedback and I'm sorry your experience in the clinic was poor. The team in Essex have really worked hard to give a quality, caring service to keep their excellent reputation. We do understand how difficult the process can be and we talk to clients daily to reassure them, however even the best laid plans can delay the clinic list and am sorry were waiting so long. I will ensure your comments are passed on to the managers and their team as we welcome all feedback which helps us to make improvements where needed.

Hi and thank you for the amazing 5 stars for Essex clinic, the staff will be very pleased. It's great to know their care is of a high standard and I know they will appreciate this. I'm sorry the call was not so good with only 2 stars for dignity. This is disappointing as the teams in One Call are a very dedicated group of people helping many clients on their journey with us.
