I was left outside between 6:48 and 7:16 being sick outside alone, I was then left waiting three hours before surgery with no clear information this would happen, majority of the staff have been amazing but I think more consideration should be as to why women are here and an understanding that not everyone finds it easy being here and experiencing this

Thank you very much for your feedback and I'm sorry your experience in the clinic was poor. The team in Essex have really worked hard to give a quality, caring service to keep their excellent reputation. We do understand how difficult the process can be and we talk to clients daily to reassure them, however even the best laid plans can delay the clinic list and am sorry were waiting so long. I will ensure your comments are passed on to the managers and their team as we welcome all feedback which helps us to make improvements where needed.
