Dr Ujwal is not only a great professional but also a fantastic human being. He was flexible, responsive and accommodating in booking an appointment. I managed to speak to him on the same day and explain all my concerns. He gave me the time of the day in answering all my questions and addressing all of my concerns. I don't think he was worried about the time it was taking. He was patient, empathetic, kind, clear and calm throughout the conversation. His expertise and competence was clear in the way he laid out the facts and how he relayed information. There was no patronising or scare mongering- very balanced information, conveyed in a language that was easy to understand. It was so easy to trust him and I have to say my panic just vanished because he was reassuring and also very clear on what was needed to be done. He will be my paediatrician of choice going forward.

Dj Ujwal is very friendly and patient with our questions. He took the time to explain every aspect of our baby's condition and treatment plan. His ability to communicate complex medical information in a way that we could understand was invaluable. After the appoitment, he also sent us a report that summarized all of the treatment details, which is very useful.

Dr Ujwal is always ready to help with any questions or concerns, very responsive via email or WhatsApp which is greatly appreciated. He tries very hard to arrange appointments that suit parents’ schedule as well. He is always kind and patient, and very gentle with babies. He cares a lot about details when checking babies which makes parents feel reassured. Will continue seeing Dr Ujwal and highly recommend him.

Dr Ujwal has seen our 3 months baby for a check-up and listened to our concerns as first time parents with attention and friendliness, helping us to find the right treatment for his torticollis. He will be our point of reference going forward and we strongly recommend him to any parents looking for a paediatrician.

Dr Ujwal is very accommodating. He gave me an appointment last minute as I was struggling with my new born’s feeds. He was very kind and took his time to see and observe our little one. He is very approachable as I had some follow up questions and he answered them very patiently on whatsapp and also arranged a follow up video call. I would highly recommend Dr Ujwal to anyone with a reflux baby.
