He will need the wheelchair for school trips, to use on public transport with his one to one TA. Also we use a lot of public transport for all hospital appointments. Hackney Arks, Royal London, Mile End and Great Ormand St. Hospital. So really he would need a headrest for support.

The care I received was very good. The OT explained everything really well. He was very understanding and sympathetic towards my needs. I can't suggest anything that could be improved.

Client reported to write as client unable to write English.
She reported she is very happy that she has received a wheelchair, as she will be able to go out with carers. Also reported good service and clear communication.
