The maintenance service is very poor. It took 6 weeks to fix a broken back and my health deteriorated significantly in that time.
6 months from referral to delivery of a chair is completely unacceptable if you dont already have a chair.
My senior physio said I needed a light chair to avoid premature joint damage and so I could get more exercise. They refused. She discussed it with them and they still refused. Had to end up buying my own to get what I needed.
From the day the OT said he had told their admin dept to release my voucher took 3 weeks.
What more can I say?
