It would be better if the post treatment journey was discussed earlier on, or before treatment began.
Nothing to improve. Amazing, caring staff and very understanding of your illness. The doctors are the same, fantastic. Would highly recommend this treatment.
Staff are very good, positive, patient and friendly. The rtms sessions are long and the magnets are heavy and uncomfortable and the treatment programme is long and intense and means travelling to hospital.
It would be better if the technology develops to make the treatment less intensive.
negatives: continuity of care. different nurse each day is difficult for someone with social anxiety disorder. Some days were understaffed/overbooked, delays of 30 minutes on several days. Memory problems during treatment are real and need top be recognised.
Positives: The rTMS was helpful for a week or so. Still getting some benefit from it and hope that further courses of treatment can restore that.
