The compassion of staff. The difference it is to be treated by people who have an understanding of depression and no pressure to behave in any particular way. Their only concern is for the individual to get better. Great job.

The HCA's were amazing, so kind, considerate and helpful making sure they made the treatment as comfortable as possible. Jennie in particular was always positive and would go the extra mile to help me. Louise has been an absolute gem as well. Communication from the nurse could be improved as initial discussions on treatment weren't followed/fed back to me. I struggle to keep asking. It heightens my anxiety of the unknown. Super kind and caring staff though.

I was very pleased how quickly I was given the treatment. As before it helped me tremendously. The staff are so caring and competent and do their very best to see you on time. Big thank you.

Perhaps consider putting a note to remind /tell patients to complete the back of the 24hr DAS sheet as I didn't realise it has 2 sided on 2 occasions. Staff always kind, caring and understanding. Thank you.
