I was very impressed with the professionalism with my Appointment and the Women who I saw, and after Talking to me and understanding my condition she explained every thing to me why I was getting the pain in my lower back. We also talked about the correct exercise which would help strengthen my lower back, she gave me 3 different exercises to do twice a day which I wouldn't of known about, its only been a few days doing the exercises and I can already see a bit of a difference with the pain. I felt Very comfortable with the Appointment and it was good Advice, and I also have a follow up after a month to see how I'm getting on. I'm Hopping to get more Active like I used to Be, and I have a more of a positive out look for my future, and Not Feeling if I was going to have to face facts and put up with the pain, and not to be as active as i was.

Sarah was so helpful, precise in what was expected of me throughout the physiotherapy. She gave me confidence in myself, so much so I am able to walk around my house using a walking frame instead of confinement to a wheelchair, this allows freedom to use the toilet with a DDA frame and seat (much better than a commode), I now feel I have a certain amount of independence back in my life and some sort of normality, a lot of this is down to Sarah and her dedication. The reason for my disability is a spinal tumour, which was diagnosed in October 2021 and treated with a course of Radium treatment, the tumour developed/spread from prostate cancer, all of which was diagnosed by the brilliant Dr Chang From being incapable of standing and walking, to where there seemed to be "no hope" to standing and walking with a frame in the first week in March shows just how far I have come with Sarah's undoubted help and dedication. Thank you so much SWFT.
