I have seen Heather several times for two different conditions the first being tennis elbow and more recently a repetitive strain injury to the right wrist. Heather is really passionate about her work and has that inquisitive mind that doesn't stop working until she solved the problem. Each time I've seen her she has had a dramatic impact on the problem at hand using a combination of techniques.
I've had to see a few physiotherapists over the years for sports injuries et cetera and feel that Heather is a very versatile physio
I would highly recommend Heather
An individual with great care , knowledge and enthusiasm for her patients
I arrived at the clinic in a lot of pain and discomfort, having been seen by my GP the previous week and been given the diagnosis that it was my Polymyalgia, Heather examined me and straight away diagnosed my pinched lumber nerve and set in potion the relevant exercises to help ease the substantial pain I was in. Within a week I was getting relief and could at last get some much welcomed sleep.
I am so pleased too say three weeks and three sessions later I am a hundred percent improved and in fact Heather has discharged me, with the proviso that I can see her again in the future if needed.
It was important that I followed the exercises given to me, the instructions that were sent by e-mail were invaluable.
The care I received was excellent, Heather certainly helped in my recovery.
The classes are really enjoyable plus focused and progressive, gradually providing more challenge. The connection with breathing and movement of the pelvic floor is made really clear and manageable. Really good!!!
