I was recommended to see Emma by a consultant orthopaedic surgeon after a nasty calcaneal fracture and it has definitely ended up being a very worthwhile decision. She was extremely knowledgeable and she had a lot of specialist knowledge. She gave me realistic expectations and together we surpassed them - there is a huge amount of specialist equipment that I was able to make great use of during my sessions at the Boxgrove, and I was given equipment so I could carry out the exercises at home too. Now, six months down the line I am back to running and feeling very much on the way to having a normal life again following a potentially life changing injury. Thanks a lot Emma!
