The treatment James suggested worked very well. I liked that not only did I get treatment but he took the time to explain why the pain was as it was and once I understood this it made such sense to follow the exercises. He as very polite, in depth and knowledgeable and I am very grateful to be feeling so much better by doing the treatment. Treatment all via phone or Team Meeting owing to covid restrictions Thank you James.
