Alex is a great physio. Great manner about him, listens to you and is very knowledgeable. I've had persistent knee problems that was ruining my ironman training. I started physio with Alex and we quickly identified flaws in my running technique so I also did Bodylogic's running dynamics sessions (also with Alex). The combination worked perfectly and I'm now finally running injury free with improved efficiency and technique.
Alex really knows his stuff and certainly sorted my problem out.
Very clear and authoritative with information.
I first saw Alex a couple of days after rupturing my calf muscle. Being a reasonably serious injury, I would see him regularly for the following 3 months or so. Each time, I would leave with a good idea of what progress I had made since the last time, as well as have a program of exercises and rehab which would ensure continuing improvement. Alex was very clear with his feedback using language I could understand whilst also showing empathy for the situation I was in. Throughout this period, I grew to trust Alex's judgement on the progress I was making, which was in line with the timelines he had originally suggested. Now, around 4 months post injury, I still see him semi-regularly just to ensure the injury and areas surrounding the injury are responding well to the growing workload. I always felt he was very genuine and focused on my treatment when I saw him, which I appreciated. There have been some physios in London I would not see again, but Alex isn't one of those. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and the team at Body Logic to others.
Alex is a great physio, who tailors your treatment and rehabilitation to your personal needs. I play rugby, and Alex has done a great job in getting my shoulder game ready again after surgery.
I initially chose to see Alex as he had previously worked in professional rugby and after receiving treatment from him for 10 months, I could not recommend him highly enough.

Alex qualified from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 and proceeded to work for a charity in the south of the country before returning up north to work in St Helens NHS trust for 6 months. During this period he worked in a number of areas but musculoskeletal was always his main area of interest.
It was from here that Alex moved to work for Sale Sharks rugby team where he originally started working with the junior academy. After one season he changed roles to working with the senior academy and first team. He worked for the club for two years and in which time he was part of a medical team that had the lowest injury rates in the premiership.
In the last four years Alex has completed a number of physiotherapy courses to help further develop him as a physiotherapist. He works very much as a manual therapist but enjoys spending time using his rehabilitation knowledge to ensure his patients can return to full function.
