I have known Jo for a number of years. She is called upon occasionally to correct back pain and to provide advice. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone. She carefully listens and produces bespoke advice, I especially appreciated the new app with exercise routines and stretch's to complete at home. Jo puts you at ease and makes the whole experience a pleasure.
