Despite everything being done over messages i found Elisa to be an incredibly kind and patient pharmacist who was more than willing to answer whatever questions i had and let me take my time with deciding how i wanted to proceed. Elisa genuinely seemed to care and take interest with my progress, even congratulating me on anecdotes i provided regarding my progress which made the whole process much easier and more personal.
