Elisa was absolutely amazing throughout my titration. She communicated throughout, keeping me updated and answered all questions promptly and clearly. She worked with me, making adjustments to medication where necessary. Elisa personified professionalism, empathy & patience, and I felt listened to, cared for and respected. I genuinely can’t thank her enough. She persisted until we found the right medication and dosage. The effect has been literally Life changing. I did not know that I could feel so happy with Life, and I’ve gone from just “managing” to really Living now. Finding the right medication has played a massive part in that - and I owe so much to Elisa. Thank you!
