Elisa was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my titration. The service she provided included titration-related things that I don't think she had to do, but she did in order to help me out. For example, she provided very clear and detailed guidance on how my being an NHS patient would be different from being a private patient, beyond what I would have expected. I never felt pressured to change a medication dose before I was ready or do anything I was otherwise uncomfortable with. She was particularly helpful when discussing changing medication, something which I definitely needed but didn't quite realise until she suggested that I may benefit from a change. Excellent service provided and clearly works very hard to provide comprehensive support to patients. I very highly recommend her as a pharmacist.
