Had minor language difficulties e.g. when asking a question about forms that needed filling in my question wasn't answered and was misunderstood. Despite this, they were very helpful with getting me onto a working dose of medication. I was especially impressed by them adjusting my medication for the week of my period every month (as my medication is less effective during this time) as I expected to be essentially told to deal with it but was instead listened to and helped. This has not been the case with all medical professionals I've dealt with in the past. They replied quickly and were helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
