Mr Al-Kaillany has been absolutely instrumental in my care and treatment over the past year - He's carefully considered all my updates/feedback, has been very understanding of personal circumstances and he has ultimately taken great care to tailor my medication to reach an optimum result. I cannot make any critiicism of the care I have received - There are technical aspects of the Psychiatry-UK website which I think could be improved (e.g. almost unusable on a mobile and odd problems with forms); however none of these minor technical issues are within Mr Al-Kaillany's control and he has done a marvellous job of ensuring that I get the right information.
